Padgham Upholstery & Supplies as manager of this website does not accept any responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or appropriateness to the user's purposes, of any information provided.

If you choose to email us or complete forms on the website your contact details and information that you provide will be data based. It is your right to ask for disclosure of any of your personal information that may be held and on request we will remove your details from our records. Padgham Upholstery & Supplies will at no stage disclose its database to any third party for marketing purposes.

Pricing and Tax Information

  • All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD)
  • All prices include GST

Shipping | Delivery & Handling
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to all areas

  • Items will be delivered to your home or office by Australia Post or designated Courier.
  • Items will not be left unattended unless you have given and authority to leave
  • Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.
  • If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of your order confirmation being received, advise us at
  • All items are offered subject to availability. In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another option.
  • Padgham Upholstery & Supplies including proprietors, employees and associates take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of goods once delivered.

Refund Policy

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your order is received in good condition. Should your order not arrive in satisfactory condition please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Whilst your item will be replaced or fully refunded, we require damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.

On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered. we will fully refund or replace the item concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery. 
If an item is found to be faulty; we offer a replacement, credit or refund.

We endeavour to keep all information contained in our Web site up-to-date. However, prices, listings, articles and other information are subject to change and are for information purposes only. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions noted on this Web site. Please verify all information via email or by telephone.

Limitation of Liability
Neither Padgham Upholstery & Supplies nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives, or the developer, Internet Service Provider or carrier of the web site, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Upholstery Services

  • Cost of fabric (if it exceeds $100) to be paid as a deposit when furniture is collected or left at our premises.
  • Workmanship is guaranteed for two years subject to reasonable care being taken by the client.
  • Full Payment due on delivery or pick up. We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that Direct Credits must be arranged at least three days prior to delivery.
  • If full payment is not paid within one month of completion we have the right to charge interest at a rate of 3% per annum on outstanding balance. 
  • Goods to be collected or taken delivery of within sixty days of completion date unless by previous arrangement. Goods not collected by that date will be subject to the “Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act”.


  • No returns on fabric. Except for defective goods which will be replaced

Upholstery Supplies

  • No return on Tools, Needles, Books, Nails and cut lengths
  • Other returns at managements discretion
  • Only to be returned with phone authorisation first being obtained

Furniture Hardware & Legs

  • Only to be returned with phone authorisation first being obtained
  • "Change of mind" returns only permitted with 7 days and goods must be in original condition
