What happens if I change my mind after I have ordered goods?

FABRICS
No returns on fabric. Except for defective goods which will be replaced.

UPHOLSTERY SUPPLIES
No return on Tools, Needles, Books, Nails and cut lengths.
Other returns at Padgham Upholstery's discretion.
Only to be returned with phone authorisation first being obtained.


FURNITURE HARDWARE/ LEGS.
Most lines are ordered specifically from suppliers.  Exchanges and returns are only permitted within 7 days and goods must be in original condition. If you wish to return the legs for refund you will be subject to a $20 change of mind fee and responsible for the return freight. All returns at Padgham Upholstery's discretion.

 

Can I place my order by phone or fax ?

Yes if you prefer not to order online you may ring through your order on 03 9555 7252 or fax it to us on 03 9555 0313.

What type of payments do you take?

We accept cash, cheques, direct credit, money orders, Visa or Mastercard.

When I place an order is my credit card charged online and what are your freight charges?

No. When you place an order credit card details are sent securely to our inbox. We then calculate freight and email or ring you to authorise us to transact your card. Rather than charging a flat freight fee we can often provide cheaper freight than other companies.

Do you sell to the public or trade?

We sell to both the public and upholstery trade. Our online store is retail however we welcome trade enquiries for our quality imported CS Osborne and Heico Decorative nails.

Do you stock foam?

We stock a variety of foams in different sizes and densities and can cut foam to size. Please ring or email to ensure we have your requirements in stock. We can advise on which of the over 50 different foam types would best suit your needs.

*Please note: Foam cannot be cut to size on Saturdays.

If you wish to order cushions please ring through your order during the week and they will be ready for collection.

Do you stock fabric?

We have thousands of fabric samples at our showroom and you can view fabrics from our suppliers in our Fabric Online section. We can send you samples of fabrics that you like online ( subject to availability) if you are unable to come to the showroom

Once you order fabric we place an order with our suppliers for the exact amount required. They can take between 2 - 4 days  from local suppliers and up to  3-4  weeks for some indent (overseas fabrics)  to arrive.

All fabric orders must be prepaid and fabric orders cannot be cancelled. Check out our quantity discounts for online fabric orders. 

 

Are you open on the weekends?

As well as being opne Monday to Friday we open on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

Please see the About Us , Contact us section for exceptions eg Easter Saturday, Public holidays  These are listed well in advance.

What do I do if my goods arrive and are faulty?

Please call or email us immediately.

All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your order is received in good condition. Should your order not arrive in satisfactory condition please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Whilst your item will be replaced or fully refunded, we require damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.

On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered. we will fully refund or replace the item concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery. 
If an item is found to be faulty; we offer a replacement, credit or refund.

I'm doing up a chair and would like advice?

Yes we offer free advice and are happy to assist you.
