TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO COURSES

WHO CAN ENROL?

Everyone aged 16 and over can enrol. There are no prerequisites.

WHEN TO ENROL?

Early enrolment is advisable to avoid disappointment. Enrolments close when classes are filled. Courses with low enrolments may be deferred or cancelled.

CONFIRMATION

All enrolments are successful upon receipt of enrolment form and payment. Online purchases of class places are not guaranteed until confirmed by email or phone. Places were available as of 5pm at the end of the business day.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

There are no classes on public holidays.


COURSE REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

  • Once a course has commenced No refunds or transfers will apply.
  • 1 - 20 days before class commencement date Written applications for refunds or transfers may be considered at Padgham Upholstery's discretion. A handling fee of $50 will apply. The full class fee will be forfeited if we cannot fill your place.
  • 20+ - days before class commencement. Written applications for refunds or transfers may be considered at Padgham Upholstery's discretion. A handling fee of $25 will apply.
  • Credits obtained via class transfers must be used in 1 of the following 2 terms & may incur any subsequent price increase.
  • If you miss a class unfortunately we are unable to offer makeup classes. However we do offer ongoing support for your project.
  • Persons participating in classes do so at their own risk and Padgham Upholstery is not responsible for participant's personal injury.
  • A full refund will be given if we cancel your course.

  • We do not offer refunds for gift vouchers. 
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
